Termination
Either party may terminate the Services:

- For a material breach not remedied within a reasonable period
- Upon termination, the Client remains responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
Suspension of Services
We reserve the right to suspend Services if:
- Payments are overdue
- The Client fails to cooperate
- There is suspected unlawful or unethical activity
